Catching Fire - Transformative Management of Canadian Forests

This webinar argues that managing the escalating crisis of high-severity Canadian wildfires requires a move beyond traditional fire suppression toward proactive fuel management. The key is to apply a strategic risk framework that prioritizes efforts based on both fire probability and the immense consequence to critical values at risk, such as vital infrastructure, vulnerable communities, and watersheds.
